At SNdsigns, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because we ship our items internationally from Türkiye, we have specific policies in place to navigate the complexities of global logistics while ensuring you receive a product you love.

1. Color Matching & Fabric Samples

We understand that choosing the perfect color is essential for your home. However, because digital screens display colors differently and home lighting varies, we strongly encourage ordering fabric samples before committing to a full order.

Ordering samples is the best way to:

  • Ensure the texture and weight meet your expectations.
  • See the color accurately in your own home’s lighting.
  • Confirm a perfect match with your existing furniture, such as ivory or white sofas.

Taking this small step helps avoid the disappointment of a color mismatch, as we are unable to offer returns for color preference once an order is shipped.

2. International Returns & Customs Notice

Due to increasingly strict international import laws and customs regulations in Türkiye, we are currently unable to accept international returns. Unfortunately, local customs authorities have made it exceptionally difficult for returned goods to re-enter the country. In almost every instance, return shipments from the United States and other international locations are intercepted by customs and sent back to the original sender.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us right away

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a partial credit.

4. Final Sale

Please note that due to the logistical challenges mentioned above, all international sales are considered final once shipped, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part. We highly recommend double-checking your measurements and ordering fabric samples before completing your purchase.
